How much do you charge?Our pricing structure is dynamic and responsive to market demand, ensuring that you pay the going rate for the test slots you receive. This means the price can go up or down.

Do I need to have a test booked before using the service?No, we cannot book you a test slot if you already have a test booked anywhere in the UK in your name. It will have to be canceled before we can book you in. The DVSA does not allow two test slots to be booked under the same name.

Can I book a test slot if I just failed a driving test recently?Yes, you can, but according to DVSA rules, you will have to wait 10 working days before you can be booked in again. For example, if you failed today, January 1, 2024, we can book you in for any time after January 14, 2024.

My driving instructor is busy or cannot take me for my test date. Can you help me?Yes, we can arrange a partner driving instructor in your area to take you in for your driving test.

Can I take my own car for my driving test date?You can drive your own car or borrow one from a family member or friend, but make sure it meets DVSA criteria: two learner driver plates on the front and back, the car is roadworthy, and there are no warning lights on the dashboard.

Can I use your service again if I fail?Yes, you can use our service as many times as you want.

What if I can't reply to the messages fast Enough?Dates within 5 days from today's date have a 15-minute timer before we lose the slot, so you need to be quick in your response. Any date after 5 days does not have a timer and can be booked in at any time at your leisure.

Can you book me in without my Provisional license or theory test certificate?We will need one of these documents to book you in.

Are these test dates for manual or automatic cars?Every test date slot is either for manual or automatic transmission. It's up to you which transmission or car you want to take for your test.

When do I need to make payment?You are required to make immediate payment after your test confirmation with the test reference number that has been sent to you.

What if I don't make payment after the test slot has been booked?Your test slot will be cancelled.

What method is used to take payment?Bank transfer is the only accepted method.

Do you take upfront payment?No, we are the only company in the UK who have zero upfront payments and charge only AFTER your test date has been Booked.

Do you have a refund Policy?Yes, in the rare event of a cancellation due to a technical glitch or error on our part, we will promptly issue a refund. However, if the cancellation is initiated by the customer or a third party, we will not be liable for a refund.
